Snoring Prevention

Our personalized snoring treatments use specialized appliances to reduce airway obstruction, promoting better sleep and overall health.

Snoring is caused by a range of factors that will be evaluated prior to a recommendation for an appliance or other treatment options. A conversation about snoring will also include a conversation about sleep apnea.
You'll need to have completed a sleep study, and be sure to bring a copy that confirms you're eligible for an oral appliance — we'll review it with you during your visit.

Quiet nights, refreshed mornings

Our custom appliances help reduce snoring by gently positioning your jaw for better airflow, so you (and your partner) can wake up rested.

Tailored to your sleep needs

We design each device to match your unique anatomy and sleep habits, offering a more effective and comfortable alternative to one-size-fits-all solutions.

Proactive care for lasting results

By addressing snoring early with a personalized plan, we help you avoid potential complications like sleep apnea and support better long-term health.

    STEP

    1

To determine if a custom sleep apnea device is right for you, you’ll need to have a sleep study first. Bring a copy of your results confirming that you’re eligible for an oral appliance to your appointment so we can review it together.

    STEP

    2

Once you’ve had a sleep study done, we start with a consultation to discuss the results. We’ll review your snoring or sleep apnea symptoms, assess your needs, review medical history, and explore the best treatment options.

    STEP

    3

Using digital scanning, we create a detailed 3D model of your teeth and fabricate a custom appliance to keep your airway open and reduce symptoms of snoring or sleep apnea.

    STEP

    4

At your fitting appointment, we ensure the appliance fits securely and comfortably, make necessary adjustments, and provide care instructions for long-term use and improved sleep.
