The Alaska Premier Dental Group is committed to investing in the lives of people, both locally
and globally. In 1999, The Alaska Premier Dental Group volunteered dental services to the people
in Khadburi, Nepal, through the Helping Hands organization
In 2003, The Alaska Premier Dental Group began the Smiles for Kids fund under the umbrella of the Alaska Community Foundation. This Foundation provides opportunities for dental teams to apply for funds to support underserved populations with dental treatment, prevention and education.
Garth Brooks' Teammates for Kinds Foundation granted $20,000 to the Alaska Community Foundation/Smiles for Kids Fund.
The Alaska Premier Dental Group Doctors, along with 23 team members, traveled to Fiji to provide dental care in 2004.
The Alaska Premier Dental Group's next Share a Smile project will be in 2005 in the remote community of Iquitos Peru. The Alaska Premier Dental Group continues to raise funds through its Share a Smile Teeth Whitening Program.
